Improved Mandatory Training — Fast Track

New

Problem

Multiple mandatory-training reminder emails create fatigue.

Solution

Why it matters

Reduces email fatigue, boosts completion rates, and simplifies configuration for admins.

Notes

  • One email per user linking to a unified mandatory-training page.
  • Fast Track experience for quicker, more focused completion.
  • Goes live for all tenants on October 1, 2025.

New
Released: September 2025

Why it matters

Empowers users to take ownership of their security behaviors, turning results into sustained improvement over time.

Notes

  • Personalized, user‑facing report cards with risk level, engagement rate, and phish‑report rate.

Admin Custom Emails

New

New Send email to user action in the admin portal (top-right menu) to compose and send custom messages using filters (department, location, group membership, risk tier, completion status, and more).

Why it matters

Boosts engagement and promotes cybersecurity initiatives with targeted, timely communication—no exports or external tools required.

Notes

  • Find it in the admin portal → top-right menu → Send email to user.

What’s coming next

In Development

Directionally prioritized items our team is working on. ETAs and details may shift as we learn.

Notification Tab

In Development
Problem

Admins don’t have a single place to see product changes and time‑sensitive issues (e.g., expiring sync secret keys), leading to missed actions and confusion.

Approach

A centralized Notification tab that aggregates change logs, tenant‑specific alerts, and operational messages with read/unread states, filtering, and direct links to remediate.

Why it matters

Improves admin experience and responsiveness, reduces support friction, and keeps tenants secure and compliant.

Notes

  • Change log of new features and fixes relevant to your tenant.
  • Actionable alerts (e.g., sync secret key expired, connector health, quota, permission scopes).
  • Filters for Alerts / Updates / Maintenance; per‑tenant scoping; mark as read.

Exception Reports

In development
Problem

Anomalous user behaviors and repeated failures are hard to catch without time‑consuming manual reviews.

Approach

Automated exception detection reports that flag outliers.

Why it matters

Isolate trends so admins can intervene and escalate.

Social Proof Your Phish

In Development
Problem

Phishing feels abstract, so users underestimate the real threats actively targeting their own organization.

Approach

Enable sharing of anonymized, safely rendered images of real phish reported by employees—so everyone can see and learn from live threats.

Why it matters

Makes risk tangible, reinforces the value of reporting, and builds a culture of shared vigilance.

Notes

  • All shared phish are stripped of sensitive data and safely rendered.

Content Customization

In Development
Problem

Content may have unique needs and exceptions for individual companies, or tenants.

Approach

Flexible editing tools for training modules and phishing templates.

Why it matters

Keeps content relevant and effective while maintaining consistency with company culture and compliance standards.

Notes

  • Supports logo/theme customization and template library.

Roadmap and timelines are directional. Priorities may change.
